Did you know the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) offers two home loan programs that allow you to purchase a home with no money down!  The USDA Direct Housing loan is used to help low-income buyers to purchase a home located in a rural area.  The USDA Guaranteed Rural Development home loan is for buyers looking to purchase a home in rural areas.
